Today is a great day in Black love. Viola Davis and Julius Tennon are celebrating 14 years of wedded bliss. Viola shared the news on Instagram with the sweet photo below, captioned:

"My life got sweeter, richer the day I met you. I love you like a big ole dog!!! Happy 14 years my love, my heart.....#JuliusTennon"

In a 2013 interview with The New York Post's Page Six, she shared: "I was the loneliest woman in the world, and someone said, 'You should just pray for a husband.' "I said I wanted a big black man from the South who looked like a football player, who already had children, who maybe had been married before Three and a half weeks later, I met my husband." And now 14 years later they are the proud parents of three kids: a son and a daughter from Tennon's previous relationship and a daughter, Genesis, whom they adopted in October 2011.
